This project was an extension of the existing relationship with Contrada, with whom we worked on the Grade I listed British Rail Head Offices at Marylebone Station. The Smiths Building on Great Portland Street is another historic building in a prime London location.

Working with the layouts provided by architects Stiff & Trevillion, we found ways to overcome the challenges of the building while retaining the aesthetic of the fitout. To keep the space looking sharp and clean, all cabling in the concrete-floored basement had to be fed from above, down existing columns and into hidden desk managements. All project works were delivered on time and on budget.
